Job Objectives
· Responsible for the development and negotiation of Complex contracts. Identifies and establishes standards and objectives for all business development activities to implement the contractual relationship between Burhan and its clients. Assists in the preparation and review of proposals: prepares contracts and assists in the negotiation with client representative. Coordinates contract /subcontract preparation and ensures compliances with company directives and instructions. Obtains contract approvals from legal and Insurance and the Controller organization.
Major Job Responsibilities
· Establishes standards for and directs the preparation of contracts and subcontract for clients and subcontractor respectively consistent with proposal objectives, Company policy and directives.
· Obtains contract approvals from Legal and Insurance to ensure compliance with Company policies and directives from authorities.
· Arranges meetings and assists in the negotiation of contracts/subcontracts with client subcontractor representatives. Coordinates revisions of contract/subcontracts drafts to reflect agreements reached during the course of negotiations.
· Maintains records of contract/subcontracts negotiations leading to final and complete contractual agreement with clients.
· Prepares requests for and obtains necessary approval for deviations from established company policies and objectives.
· Writes the final contract/subcontracts for signature and obtains timely execution by the contracting parties. Reviews the initial accounting release and verifies contract interpretation.
· Advises and coordinates with contracts/subcontracts administration Personnel to provide guidance for compliance with implementation of contract terms and conditions. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Educational / Skills Requirements
· BS degree B. Sc civil Engineering or other related area.
